I hope that you and your family are well and coping with the latest round of restrictions.
Staff in the school have been working over the past few days to prepare to deliver learning remotely over the next few weeks. We have organised learning in the form of a timetable for pupils and teachers and a copy of each year group timetable is below. A copy of the timetable will also be posted on the year group Team.
We have divided the day into 3 sessions as follows:
Session 1 is 9:00am – 10.30am
Session 2 is 11:00am – 12.30pm
Session 3 is 1.30pm – 3.00pm
Pupils have already been added to the Microsoft Team for each of their subjects and they should simply log on to the correct Team at the scheduled time. At that point the teacher will interact with them and the lesson will begin. A protocol for online learning is in the news section of this website, and has also been emailed to parents - I would ask that you share with your son/daughter.
We will attempt to contact you to let you know if your son/daughter has not joined the lesson.
Where pupils are unable to join the lesson due to illness, parents are asked to telephone the school to let us know, as they would in normal times.
I am confident that, with your support, we will be able to deliver high quality learning and teaching during this challenging time.
If you have any questions about these arrangements or difficulties in accessing Teams, please contact us at email@example.com
